This division provides services in the litigation field with respect to injunction and rendition of accounts qua the infringement, passing off etc. of the Intellectual Property Rights along with the registration, filing of oppositions, complaints, cancellation etc. before the Trade Marks Registry, Copyright office, Patents Office and the Design Registration Office and the appeals against and for the registration of the Intellectual Property Rights.
